Calculator

How much do you miss out on with unanswered messages?

Fill in three numbers from your business. The math is simple, fully visible, and the assumptions are yours to adjust.

Your numbers

Count each person once: anyone asking for a price, opening hours or wanting to buy.
Look at last week in your WhatsApp and estimate. The pre-filled value is only a starting point.
How much a sale brings in, on average.
Out of every 100 people you serve, how many buy.
Assumptions you can adjust

These values are our own guesses to get you started, not market data. Replace them with yours.

Messages also arrive on weekends and holidays.
How much these contacts would buy compared with the ones you do serve. 100% means the same. We use 50% to be prudent: someone who got no reply may have gone elsewhere.

What you miss out on

Fill in messages per day, average ticket and conversion to see the result.

This is an estimate, not a promise. The result depends on the numbers and assumptions above.

The math, step by step

loss per month = messages per day × days × % after hours × conversion × relative efficiency × average ticket

Want our sales team to review this math with you?

Optional. We send your result along, so the conversation starts where you left off.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the pre-filled 30% come from?

It is our own assumption, so you have a starting point. It is not a market statistic. The right number is yours: check in WhatsApp how many conversations last week went unanswered or waited.

Does the calculator guarantee I will recover that amount?

No. It is an estimate built from the numbers you enter and the assumptions you adjust. It gives an order of magnitude, not a revenue forecast.

Are my numbers stored?

This calculator does not save anything in your browser. The numbers stay on your screen and in the link you choose to copy. Nothing is sent to ChatSense until you fill in the optional form and tick the authorization.

What is relative efficiency?

It is how much the contacts left without a reply would buy compared with the ones you serve. 100% means the same. We use 50% to be prudent, because someone who got no reply may already have gone elsewhere.
