Industry modules in ChatSense: Health, Commerce, Real Estate and Law

Good WhatsApp support is not the same in every business. A clinic needs confirmations and follow-ups, a store needs to look up orders, a real estate agency needs to schedule visits, a law firm needs to talk about cases without promising results. That is why ChatSense has, beyond the core (inbox, AI agents, CRM, agenda, departments and handover), industry modules. These four are already available.

Health

For clinics and practices: agenda with confirmation, prescribed returns, treatment series and health-plan (convênio) handling. The agent serves patients, books and confirms appointments, and the team sees in the agenda itself who confirmed and who needs attention. See also how to set up day-before confirmation.

Commerce

Integrates with Nuvemshop, Bling and Tiny: the agent looks up products, stock, shipping and orders. An identified buyer follows their order and tracking without waiting for a person. Details in integrations in support.

Real estate

Handles property leads, suggests properties from your inventory and schedules visits. The module includes property records, reading the feed from the agency’s system, website leads, visits with reminders and the ready-made “real estate SDR” agent. Photos and listings stay in the agency’s own system, never hosted on ChatSense. It is available on all plans. Integrations with real estate portals and CRMs are not yet offered as available.

Law

Available for law firms from the Growth plan up, at no additional cost: Growth, Scale and Enterprise include the module; Starter+ does not. What the firm gets:

  • Cases by CNJ number, each client linked to their own case. The client only receives information about the case they are linked to.
  • Client updates: the lawyer records the progress and decides what is released; the agent repeats only what was released, and cases under judicial secrecy are never repeated.
  • Documents: a checklist per case and polite WhatsApp requests for what is missing.
  • Agenda: consultation and hearing reminders two days before and on the day, with “I confirm” and “I need to reschedule” buttons.
  • Fees: a polite reminder before the due date, without quoting an amount in the message.
  • Intake that follows the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) advertising rules.

The firm’s agent does not give legal opinions, does not talk about chances of success or case value, and does not solicit clients: it only replies to people who wrote first. Automatic court-progress lookup and integration with legal-practice systems are not available; the progress is what the lawyer records.

What about other industries?

ChatSense’s core works for any business, and the screens already adapt their vocabulary (health says patient and appointment; others say customer and booking). Other industries are in development or pilot. If yours is one of them, talk to the team: we assess your case and let you know when there is news.

Frequently asked questions

Does Law cost extra?

No. The module is included at no additional cost from the Growth plan up (Growth, Scale and Enterprise). Starter+ does not have it.

Is Real Estate on every plan?

Yes. The Real Estate module is available on all plans.

Does ChatSense host the properties and photos?

No. Properties and photos stay in the agency’s system, and ChatSense reads that system’s feed.

Does the law firm’s agent give legal advice?

No. It gives no opinion, does not discuss chances of success or case value, and passes those cases to a lawyer.
